If you’re an American, you’re probably not going to like what I’ve written, but I ask you to pay close attention to what I have to say and to think about it before it’s too late. But before that: to all Americans, including those living abroad, my heartfelt sorrow goes out to all of the victims, their families and whomever else might have been closely affected by the result of what now most assuredly was a very successful attack on the United States of America: 9-11.

Please note, I have not used the words “innocent victims” or “terrorist attacks.” Those are governmental/media terms, used purposefully to provoke sympathy, assuage guilt and/or to provide justification for further action. It's called propaganda!

In a country as lucrative, democratically free and militarily competitive as America is, except for children, there are no “innocent victims,” unless of course it happens to be the victims on your home soil. It's obvious to me that all American adults either voted for or at least condoned (via ignorance or apathy) all of America's mass destructive war policies during the last half century; beginning with Hiroshima and Nagasaki, continuing through Vietnam and most recently resting on the continued target practice bombing of Iraq for the fourth, fifth or sixth time. I, and I'm sure others, have lost count. To say nothing of the mental and physical abuse America continues to cause via economic sanctions on Iraq's so called “innocent victims.''

Think about the two bombs America dropped on Nagasaki and Hiroshima. Within seconds you leveled two complete cities and maimed and killed hundreds of thousands of so called “innocent victims.” And yet, they forgave you. Think about that…I know what you're going to say: “But that was war. That was different!”…No, that wasn't war folks. That was terrorism at it's best.

Even the dictionary defines the word terrorism as: “any systematic and organized use of violence and intimidation to force a government, community, etc. to act in a certain way or except certain demands.” You choose to call it war, but those two bombs were an immoral abuse of American power. One bomb would have sufficed (on an empty, Pacific desert island off the coast of Japan) as a warning and as an example of what would occur if Japan chose not to surrender, not what did occur: the inhumane, double, atomic bomb attack on hundreds of thousands of so called “innocent victims,” on their home soil.

It appears America's most recent attackers were a bit more expedient if not humane. Admittedly, you lost some face, a lot of money and approximately 5,000 people. I'd say America got off easy, this time. They could just as easily have attacked one or two of your nuclear power plants or major chemical factories and then where would you be? They could just as easily have used mass germ or chemical warfare, but they didn't. That attack was a tactfully thought out, fair, symbolic warning; a wake-up call. I suggest you heed its message. Call it a Mid East retaliation, but for God's sake don't call it terrorism, for you, America, in the last 56 years (excepting Nazi Germany) have produced as much terror as anyone in the world.

And regarding your new reason-to-go-to-war policy, how clever your government is: first to declare it a “war-like” attack, then a “terrorist” attack and finally settle on the crusading middle ground of “War on terrorism!” So there you have it: America's 21 st century advertising slogan for its continuing need to go to war. You, the American people and most of your allies went for the ad campaign, hook, line and sinker. And like the blind leading the blind, you'll continue to hunker down in front of your television sets to view CNN's long running, censored version of the show.

And because this is just another form of hypnotic entertainment to you, the remainder of this article is written in outline play format to garner the attention of those (and that's the majority of you) who can no longer distinguish between the reality of life and the medium of entertainment.

And, again, I ask you to think long and hard before making any rash judgements regarding this writing, or before taking any further retaliatory measures against the Muslim terrorist leaders who supposedly perpetrated this attack, a retaliation that most likely will result in a scenario that all humanity (not just America) will have to account for.

ACT ONE: The Provoked Attack

As heard on BBC radio: the innocent protagonist objects: How could they hate us so much, as to do this!?”

Narrator: Like a movie, we watch as the legend of invulnerability goes up in smoke. Dark clouds gather over the remnants of this once-great Golgothan city. Like a slain phoenix, the doom and gloom of reality settles down; never again to rise out of its ashen grey rubble. Its residents lie awake, trembling to the “quake” of first-time destruction. The wake-up call is heard; its blast reverberates to the edges of an already torn, tattered and frayed globalization.

A new day dawns: Westerly winds slacken from the impact of this once-cold war, now bitterly awakened by the harsh reality of times' shifting winds: an easterly wind, which rocks the Statue of Liberty herself. Its fateful tremors introduce an ambiguous and now more costly war to come.

And like a minor Nagasaki, the comeuppance monster has arrived. It came home to roost on the roof of the house that Goliath built. Its monstrous tentacles reach out, gripping, smothering, nearly strangling the capitalistic heart of Golgotha itself. It even reaches out to Hollywood, where reality has finally outstripped the fictional aspects of fiction. For no one, except fate, could have written a more true to life prophetic script.

But let me attempt to write act two for you, as I see it.

ACT TWO: Retaliation

Spurred on by the success of their attack (beyond even their own wildest imaginations), the little David's of the world continue to harass, prod and provoke Goliath's Eagle-like regime into further action. The sleeping giant, himself not unfamiliar with meddling into other peoples' affairs, awakens once more, only to meddle again in the final entrapment of continued meddling.

Blindly following its great Golgothan war machine, young and old alike are

lured into the preordained Biblical script of Armageddon. Dressed in adult-like clothes, the egotistical, do-no-wrong children move forward towards the deadly play of war games on the Mid-East fields of sand, where air battle will be of little use. This time they'll have to look their adversary square in the eye. Enigma-type targets are difficult to zero in on… Iraqi city bombing practice is over…It's Super Bowl time! But, alas, once there and in full force, trap number one is sprung.

Little David gladly meets Goliath on his home turf, but so too do the millions of conscripted ally Muslim brothers, who have nothing to lose but life itself. Blood soaks the desert floor… Thousands of lives are lost, on both sides. A weeping and gnashing of teeth is heard back in Golgotha. A perceived balance of power occurs as Goliath calls for more reinforcements. “Empty the jails!” the white collars cry, “Let the black and tans show their true allegiance!” The million or more minority types (finally free) head straight for the borders to join their worldly brothers.

Goliath, slightly dismayed but forever confident, calls in his debts. Allies are militarily and financially blackmailed into appearing in the flesh , on the ground and face to face with this now common enemy. Of course some balk and wisely stay home, where they belong. Secret new alliances are struck. An Eastern Alliance emerges. Nobody likes a potential loser. Trap # two is sprung:

Just as Goliath's victory seems nearly at hand, two more sleeping giants awake. They appear, almost, as if out of nowhere: Out of the North country comes the great, hibernating red bear. Fresh from its long winter's sleep and hungry for an offshore battle with its long time adversary the Eagle, it rubs its grizzly paws. It sharpens its vice-like teeth. Its snout drips with the anticipation of a much needed economic opportunity.

Ready for battle, the red bear moves east. It's war like rumblings awaken the billions of Chinese Yellow Larks, who not only have incredible strength of number, but also house electronically apt and inhumane brains as well. They too are the Eagle's long time enemy. They too see a duality of purpose and shared opportunity. The great bear trudges forward. The yellow larks fly east to the aid of David the spoiler. Trap number three is sprung

Out numbered at least 100,000 to one, it's king of the castle time. A traditional Golgothan game of sorts: where the current king and his professional Eagles, though dwindling in number, stand tall on the fickle heap of capital success. It's billions vs. millions, but men not money. Like ants, the red, yellow, black and tan ascend the hill in hopes of pulling down the king. Goliath panics and calls for more troops, the home fronts' back up reserve. Another million arrive, but alas, the Golgothan shores are left unprotected.

Enough supply lines are cut. All hell breaks lose! Chemical and biological warfare ensues, not just on the Mid-East front, but in Golgotha too. The Eastern Alliance pours forth deadly germs and chemicals to air, land and water. Immense damages occur, on both sides and on both continents. The Western Alliance's superior ships, tanks and aircraft can't out run, out fight or out hide the deadly unseen microbes.

Still out numbered at least 80,000 to one, Goliath calls in his short range nuclear strike force. The few remaining allies turn tail for home. Subverted, local coalitions unravel. Goliath and his Eagle-like warriors are alone. “Destroy the whole area!” cry the Golgothan's back home. “No!” cries Golgotha's Mid East puppet state. They too join their black and tan brothers. Like I said, nobody likes a potential loser!

Never having been previously tested (not even during the Gulf War target practice), the missiles backfire. They fly every which way. Many so called friendly forces are killed. Still out numbered at least 60,000 to one and not unlike Custer's last stand, Goliath and his few remaining followers succumb. And like all previously proposed little Caesar's, Goliath is pulled down from his throne. He's executed and cast down into the eternal brink of has-beens. Like Rome, Golgotha too had its heyday.

Now truly isolated, the Golgothan shores lie unprotected. It's merely a hop, skip and a jump over the big pond for the Eastern invaders. Little resistance is met, because all guns were previously confiscated from the Golgothan people, when at the beginning of the Mid-East battle, martial law was “protectively” enacted in order to control the rebellious factions at home. What seemed like a blessing in disguise to both federal and Christian right wing conservatives turns out to be their final undoing.

With nothing left to defend themselves with, save a few local police and a skeletal military reserve, the rest was easy. No help arrived from Golgotha's immediate neighbors. Most of their military had already fallen or changed allegiance in the Mid-East affair. Also, the Eastern Alliance offered favored nation status to those who would no longer interfere with its crusade. Golgatha's neighbors went about their local business as if nothing unusual was occurring .

Now threatened with the Eastern Alliance's long range nuclear war capabilities, which were meager to say the least, Golgotha fell for the bluff. They had no choice, because both sides always knew that even after having spent 55 years accumulating and building long range missiles and anti-nuclear armament systems at tremendous tax payer expense, Golgotha was also bluffing. There would be no call and no raise. It was show and tell time.

Mercifully, short range ballistic missiles were not employed on Golgothan soil, by either side…Golgotha surrendered shortly after having been attacked from air, land and sea. The Eastern Alliance moved inward from both coasts, aiming at the heart of Golgotha's mere 400 year reign. And though Golgotha's political elite were safely hidden underground, there was nothing left to manage or control. All electrical, computer and nuclear power sources were either destroyed, shut down or controlled by the Eastern Alliance. Slowly, the so called elite came up for air, only to breathe the awful stench of having finally been conquered.

All commercial and personal property was confiscated. All industry, technology, natural resources and labor output went toward war reparations to the newly formed favored nations. Golgotha's military capabilities were dismantled and destroyed forever. How long this would last is anybody's guess, as the nuclear fall out from dispersing mushroom clouds (originating on the Mid-East battle fields) moved with prevailing winds and sea currents. It was just a matter of time for most of the world's population. And all for the price of what?

ACT THREE: There is no act three…

An afterword: And for the price of what?

For like a jealous, gossipy, bitchy, little shrew, America meddles in the affairs of other nations; not solving problems, but creating them. No wonder its freedom rings with the hollow sound of a metallic statue.

For: manipulating behind-the-scenes rebellious activities on too numerous to mention foreign soils, while supplying the necessary finances and armaments, as well as the occasional execution of those leaders it deems adversarial to its democratic cause of justice and freedom for all.

For: punishing those who would not cooperate with America's hypocritical definition of what its free society really stands for. America itself was founded on not just one lie, but two: the continued slavery of blacks for the continued financial success of a few, including the signers of the Declaration of Independence. It took you 350 years to address your own issue of black minorities. Now you want to tell everyone else how and when to handle their own internal affairs. To say nothing of the original inhabitants you annihilated to acquire your so called precious land. Right or wrong and of their own accord, thank God, not everyone in the world is going for your hypocritical bullshit.

For: not leading the way, when given a once-in-a-millenium opportunity to do so. You're supposed to be the leader of the free world and yet you continue to punish foreign peoples with your idealistic/capitalistic oppression. You, America, have become the one thing you've always hated and feared most: You've become Totalitarian! No wonder the old Communistic threat is no longer needed. You are the new Communists! You are the new world exploiters on an unprecedented level: the level of the New World Order. No longer satisfied with dividing and conquering mere nations, your greedy new goal is for the final acquisition of hemispheres and then the world itself. And you call that globalization.

For: paying lip service to the idea of any real meaningful globalization and environmental cooperation with your world neighbors.

For: not sharing your “golden eggs” both home and abroad, without the blackmail expectancy of at least a 100 fold profit in return.

For: your continued disparate “have and have not” attitude, both home and abroad.

For: filling your jails with a majority of minorities who dared act out their entrepreneurial fantasies, while you yourselves thrive off the very same excesses of crime, alcohol, drugs and violent entertainment you've incarcerated them for.

For: the covert manipulation of the American people via CNN. Beginning with the Gulf War news, your censorship and internal propaganda machine has certainly been effective. It has kept the American people asleep to the real issues, while much of the outer world looks in laughing at your incredulity

For: your continued misrepresentation of the facts surrounding Pearl Harbor, the supposed moon walk, the J. F. K., Bobby Kennedy, Martin Luther King, Malcolm X, and God knows who or what else affairs.

For: your impotent, power hungry and puppet-like political fat cats who will inevitably send your young men to their deaths.

For: the idiotic, immature mothers and fathers and their weak minded progeny who will again allow this to happen out of ignorance, moral strength, lack of character and “real” voting power. “Again” meaning: how you were mindlessly duped by the Pearl Harbor ruse and the great Communist threat in Vietnam.

For: replacing the existence of an already higher power with the all mighty dollar. Your true religion!

For: the continued practice bombing of Iraq and the continued economic sanctions on “innocent” men, women and children, while purposefully allowing the likes of Saddam Hussein to go free for decades, while your government continues to exploit the remains of his legacy. America, ask yourselves why he and others like him around the world are allowed to go free? Is it for economic gain, needed bombing practice, cowardice or simply honor amongst political thieves? Which is it? Most probably, it's all of the above.

Keep your guns America, you're going to need them both home and abroad. Wake up! Put down your McDonald's hamburgers and Hostess Twinkies; move away from your television sets and start communicating with each other and the rest of the world. Take back your voting rights. Stop allowing a handful of power hungry, economically swayed lobbyists to make your life and death decisions for you. Either way you're going to be culpable. At least make it your decision!

And please stop crying to the rest of the world about your “innocent victims.” You're all responsible for allowing your government to make your decisions for you. Ask yourselves: When was the last time you voted as a nation to go to war or not go to war? In case you don't remember, it was World War Two. And how did your government finally get you involved?

Now you know what the “innocent victims” of American atrocities in Hiroshima, Nagasaki, Vietnam, Grenada, Iraq, Sudan, Serbia and other countries feel like. How does it feel America?! You got exactly what you deserved. Somebody finally slapped the big bully in the face! How dare they!? Get ready bully, there's more coming. You lost the Vietnam war, an unjust war to be sure and now you're going to lose this one too, but big time, both at home and abroad.

It's been 55 years in the making and it's just the beginning. It's the tip of the iceberg. And like the indestructible Titanic, you're going down! If you think it can't happen, just watch. The same way you watched while your government perpetrated too many unanswered, horrific crimes through out the world over the last half century; the same way you watched the Twin Towers and Pentagon go up in smoke. That was real, not the smoke and mirrors of your rhetoric and ideology. But, hey, it's just one more form of entertainment; a movie, or a play, or whatever. Sit back and enjoy the show of your own demise, but remember: All nations are required to pay the penalty for past misdeeds. You, America are no exception. It's your time!
