I was watching this 1968 anti-pot movie featuring Sonny Bono, and noticed an interesting baby boomer issue. Back then, they couldn’t vote until they were 21, and as unacceptable as that was, social pressure changed it. That’s right, they created the 26th amendment (granting the right to vote for 18 year-olds), and it took only three months and eight days to be ratified!

Why? Simple… The people demanded it!
